Code of Conduct
Association for Advancing Automation (A3) events are a place to network with others in the automation industry or industries that use automation and learn about new technologies. This atmosphere of cooperation, inclusion, and learning is made possible by all attendees being kind and respectful to one another. A3 and its associations, Robotic Industries Association (RIA), AIA – Advancing Vision + Imaging, Motion Control & Motor Association (MCMA), and A3 México are committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment to all.

At A3 events, you agree to:

Contact us to report an incident
If, while at A3 events, you have been involved in or have witnessed an incident that violates the Code of Conduct, please inform an A3 staff member. Share as much information as you can to help us make a thorough investigation of the incident.

A3’s commitment
A3 will investigate all incidents reported at A3 events with discretion and confidentiality. We take all concerns seriously, and will use our discretion in determining when and how to follow up with reported incidents. A3 reserves the right to bar any person who violates our Code of Conduct from attending A3 events in the future.
