The Association for Advancing Automation (A3) is a healthy, growing organization with over 1,250 member companies from across the world within its three daughter associations: Robotic Industries Association (RIA), AIA – The Association for Advancing Vision + Imaging, and the Motion Control & Motor Association (MCMA).
A3 NextGen was created to maintain continuity and momentum within the A3 and its member organizations by connecting outgoing industry leaders to young professionals in the automation industry. NextGen is a conscious effort on the part of the A3 to encourage involvement and foster growth of young professionals at member companies and equip them with the skills, connections, and experience necessary to succeed as industry and company leaders.
In short, our mission is to ensure continued strong leadership in the automation industry and A3 associations (RIA, AIA, MCMA) by developing our future leaders through connection, mentorship and education.
The NextGen Linkedin group provides a place for young automation industry professionals to ask questions, voice concerns, share ideas and content, discuss topics, and make connections.
